The FitLife app dashboard gives you a complete picture of your daily health and fitness activity.
Key Metrics Explained
- Steps: Total steps taken since midnight. Goal: 10,000 steps/day.
- Heart Rate: Continuous monitoring with resting, active, and peak zone indicators.
- Calories Burned: Active calories plus your basal metabolic rate (BMR).
- Sleep Score: Rated 0–100 based on duration, deep sleep, and REM cycles.
- Blood Oxygen (SpO2): Normal range is 95–100%. Readings below 90% warrant medical attention.
- Stress Level: Measured via heart rate variability (HRV). Lower score = more relaxed.
Weekly Trends
Swipe to the Weekly view to see trends over 7 days. Tap any metric for a detailed breakdown and personal records.
Setting Goals
Go to Profile → Goals to set custom daily targets for steps, active minutes, calories, and sleep duration.
