Warranty Coverage
All FitLife devices come with a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use.
What's Covered
- Screen defects not caused by physical damage.
- Battery failures within the first 12 months.
- Sensor malfunctions (heart rate, SpO2, accelerometer).
- Charging port defects.
What's Not Covered
- Physical damage (cracked screen, dents).
- Water damage beyond the device's water resistance rating.
- Damage from unauthorised repairs or modifications.
How to Claim Warranty
- Contact support with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Our team will diagnose the issue remotely or ask you to ship the device.
- Replacements are shipped within 5–7 business days.
Returns
Unopened devices can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Opened devices are eligible for exchange within 14 days if faulty.
