Workout Tracking Guide
FitLife supports over 50 workout types with automatic and manual tracking.
Auto-Detect Workouts
FitLife automatically detects walks, runs, cycling, and swimming when activity exceeds 10 minutes. You will receive a notification asking you to confirm the workout.
Starting a Manual Workout
- Press the side button on your device to open the workout menu.
- Swipe to select your activity (e.g. HIIT, Yoga, Strength Training).
- Press the button to start. Your device will vibrate to confirm.
- Press and hold to pause or end the session.
GPS Tracking
For outdoor runs and cycles, FitLife uses your phone's GPS for route mapping. Keep your phone with you or use the built-in GPS (Pro models only).
Post-Workout Summary
After each session you will see: duration, distance, pace, heart rate zones, and calories. Tap Share to post to social media or sync with Apple Health / Google Fit.
